June 16,2006 - Spamassassin Upgraded

Spamassassin has been upgraded to version 3.13. Please visit the configuration tool to see what new features are available by accessing it via your control center /menu URL and clicking the icon for "Junk Mail Detection - SpamAssass" in the "Email Services" category.

April 6,2005 Mar 30,2005 - Primary Datacenter - Back-end Software Upgrade

Update: The upgrade has been postponed to April 6th

The control panel software we are using will be upgraded during a 90-120 minute operation to take place sometime between the hours of midnight Tuesday/Wednesday to 6 am Wednesday. You may experience some sluggishness or instability with features during this period and you will not be able to access your control center menu. There should be no effect to visitors viewing your website, nor to your FTP and email services.

Mar 25,2005 - Secondary Datacenter - Relocation

6:30 am Sunday - as of approximately 4 am EST, all servers were online. We have no word from the datacenter yet explaining the unanticipated delay.

The dedicated servers at the secondary datacenter are being physically moved across several states from Georgia to New Jersey. They will go offline at approximately 6 pm EST Friday March 25th. Downtime will be at least 15 hours, possibly as much as 24 hours, so that they should be online again sometime Saturday afternoon. We will notify dedicated server clients via email as each server is confirmed live, or as soon as possible should extenuating circumstances cause the downtown to extend beyond 6 pm EST Saturday.
